What you will do
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
- Lead the accounting team through transactions, reconciliations and month-end close
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policy
- Analyse performance and trends to support strategic decisions
- Prepare P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reporting for senior management
- Improve financial processes and systems
- Manage internal and external audits
What you will bring
- Degree in finance, accounting or a related field
- CA, CPA or equivalent highly regarded
- Significant experience in financial control
- Proven finance team leadership
- Advanced Excel and financial systems skills
