What you will do
- Receive, verify and process invoices and payment requests
- Prepare and process payment runs and maintain accurate records
- Resolve supplier discrepancies and enquiries
- Reconcile AP and support month-end and year-end close
- Maintain AP records to audit standard
- Identify and implement process improvements
What you will bring
- Proven accounts payable experience, ideally in manufacturing
- High attention to detail
- Strong time management
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
- Accounting qualification preferred but not essential
