Working closely with the Branch Manager, you will manage urgent and time-critical deliveries while maintaining the professionalism the business is known for. The role suits someone who enjoys the transport industry, solves problems quickly and understands fatigue management and long-distance driving.

What you will do

• Lead and organise a team of drivers to a consistently professional standard
• Manage customer bookings and respond quickly to urgent freight
• Plan efficient, fatigue-compliant routes for time-sensitive deliveries
• Work with the Operations Manager to keep communication strong across the division
• Give drivers clear direction on route planning and long-distance requirements
• Take part in an after-hours and weekend on-call roster
