About the role
A sustainability-focused fashion brand is seeking a Production Manager to oversee manufacturing from start to finish. You will deliver on-time, cost-effective production that meets the brand's standards, while leading the production team and managing suppliers.
What you will do
- Lead and develop the production team with a focus on continuous improvement
- Build production schedules aligned to demand forecasts
- Oversee production from sourcing through to finished goods
- Manage supplier performance and corrective actions
- Work with QC on quality procedures
- Manage the production budget and reduce waste
- Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams on stock levels
- Ensure WHS compliance, training and audits
What you will bring
- 5–7 years in production management, ideally in fashion or premium retail
- Strong knowledge of production, quality control and supply chain
- Proven team leadership
- Data-driven decision-making
- Strong supplier relationship and communication skills
